|We are located at 8 West Circuit Sunshine West, Vic. 3020. If you are travelling by car on the Melbourne ring road, our office is less than two minutes from the Boundary Road exit.|
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, from 9am to 12pm
We are open at other times by appointment only.
What is the difference between a fire brick and refractory brick?
|A fire brick or refractory brick are the same thing - a block of refractory ceramic material used in the lining of wood-fired ovens, pizza ovens, kilns, furnaces and fireplaces.|
Do I have to use high temperature mortar?
|High temperature mortar is essential where fire bricks and high temperature concretes are used. When used with other refractory materials, the high temperature mortar ensures ultimate heat resistance and safety, as well as damage or breakdown prevention.|
